Catholic Ministers of Music are liturgical leaders (directors, cantors, musicians, choir members) who use music to lead the assembly in sung prayer, enhancing worship by fostering active participation, providing artistic beauty, and supporting the Mass's flow, grounded in Church teaching and focused on serving God and the community through diverse musical gifts like playing instruments or leading vocals. They plan music, train volunteers, and provide spiritual formation for themselves and the parish, making worship more prayerful and transformative.

Ministry Name
A Catholic greeter/usher is a welcoming minister who greets parishioners and visitors, helps them find seats, distributes bulletins, manages seating for large crowds, takes up the collection, and provides information, embodying the Church's hospitality to make everyone feel welcome and part of the community. They often arrive early, dress modestly (business casual), and stay after Mass to ensure a positive experience and handle any needs, acting as the face of the parish and a point of contact for newcomers.
